My son ordered a £260 coat and still had to pay £5.45 to have it delivered. It arrived with a faulty zip so we had to send it back. Under the consumer rights act the company should pay postage as its a faulty, he paid £11.15 to post it back insured. I contacted them but have heard nothing. He is £16.60 out of pocket theu no fault of his. This company is aimed toward young lads who have to pay for things with either birthday money or minimum wage. Its expensive enough. Shame on you Trapstar!!!
