I was very dubious due to previous reviews - but gave in as son wanted a tracksuit and said he would pay for it whether it arrived or not. Ordered on a Saturday morning (the Monday was a Bank Holiday) - item dispatched on the Tuesday and arrived via DPD on the Wednesday. Didn't need to contact customer service so no reviews on that but as far as ease of ordering, quality of clothes and speed of dispatch and arrival - can't complain.
