Well I totally agree with all the one star reviews I have just read I have been waiting since 28th November for my grandsons Xmas gifts I guess I am quite lucky as I finally got a delivery yesterday 23/12 from DPD there is one item missing but at least I can give my grandson a gift nowI have ordered from this company before and although I returned them the despatch was good. But I have to say all the reviews are correct that I have read and I still agree with them and will never order with them again I think this company needs to get a new customer service team or shut up shop people are generally patient if a company keeps them notified and up to date but now they have list out big time
