Ordered twice at the end of November. First order arrived in days. Chased second order, 2 weeks ago, told 9-12 days and they were working on day 5 so would still get it before Christmas. Then a generic email listing one item as not arriving until January. Why sell me stuff they don’t have in stock - it wasn’t pre-order, it was actually in stock! Worst thing is they won’t send the rest of the order until everything is there. Been emailing, calling, leaving my number, waiting on web chat for 7 days continuously. Nothing. They know it’s Christmas, get extra staff in beforehand, plenty of people want jobs. ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND EMAILS. Now I have to find something to replace these Christmas presents and the money to buy them, as I already paid out and they’ve had my money since November. Still don’t know when/if this stuff is arriving but I can’t take a chance. Trapstar - customer service is everything, and yours is way below what is should be.
