I would give zero stars too if Trustpilot allowed!Ordered shorts/tshirt set and Trapstar took my money immediately.Waited approx. 2 months for delivery, with no updates from Trapstar, so eventually emailed asking for a refund. I sent 3 emails over a 3 week period asking for my refund - NO RESPONSE from Trapstar at all!!Then suddenly my item arrived. I returned it and have been refunded for cost of item but I am out of pocket £5.45 for original postage PLUS £8.95 for return postage. I put a hand-written note in return parcel asking for refund on postage charges which Trapstar ignored. I have since emailed for a 4th time, again Trapstar have ignored this. Feels like they ignore emails deliberately if it benefits them to do so. Their choice to ignore 4 emails and a letter should not leave me £14.40 out of pocket. Considering small claims court action to make a point.When you are no longer 'a trend' your customers will desert you Trapstar due to the appalling way you have treated them - if your brand folds you will only have yoursrlves to blame!
