Had an issue unfortunately with the courier service I used to return a tracksuit. Nothing to do with TRAPSTAR but I returned a parcel and they lost it and made my life hell for the last 2 months. Spoke to Trey on the phone and he was 100% the kindest and most helpful customer support I’ve spoke to from Any company. He is a credit to the business. Thankyou again Trey, you’ve made my day.
