Called the trapstar helpline as I realised I’ve ordered a short set as a preorder for the wrong date, as I was going on holiday I would’ve needed it way before I flew out. But when I got on the phone to Novella, I was presented with all my options straight away. Novella explained that I could get a gift in the same amount I paid and spend it on another short set. Communication was clear and was straight to the point!
