Having read the negative reviews, I was reluctant to let me son order from them. I gave in and he ordered 2 t-shirts and pre ordered a jacket. The t-shirts arrived promptly and are of good quality so can't fault them. Now for the jacket..... well, we knew that although ordered in March, we were unlikely to receive it before May. We received a few email updates confirming the ongoing delays so I decided to call customer services to chase. I spoke to Trey who was superb. He explained the issues and apologised profusely sorting a goodwill gesture in the meantime. The jacket arrived....... BUT due to an error (probably customer based) the size was incorrect. Of course it was out of stock online so made a decision to call on the off chance there was another size in the warehouse. Spoke to Sabla who again gave the best customer service. She located the correct size, arranged a collection and a week later we took delivery of the jacket. Forget the negative posts. Give these guys a break. I really can't fault the customer service. Always helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
