I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS SINCE NOVEMBER 2021 AND STILL RECEIVED NOTHING. DESPITE MY ORDERS HAVING A TRACKING NUMBERS AND SAYING MY PARCELS ARE ON THE WAY. TRAPSTAR USE DPD TRACKING YET UPDATE IT ON THEIR ORDER AS DHL WHICH IS CONFUSING FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. I WAS ADVISED BY DPD THAT THE ONLY WAY I CAN RAISE A MISSING PARCEL ENQUIRY IS TO CONTACT THE SENDER. AFTER COUNTLESS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TRAPSTAR REGARDING MY ORDERS TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE DISPUTE I GAVE UP. I CONTACTED MY BANK FOR REIMBURSEMENT. TRAPSTAR THEN WENT ON TO BAN ME FROM PURCHASING THEIR GOODS AGAIN AND CANCELLED MY ORDER AND STATED THE REASON WHY WAS ‘FRAUD’ LOL. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS FRAUDSTERS AFTER THEY ARE THE ONES COMMITTING THE FRAUD. THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. ANYWAY I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN LEFT OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THIS RUBBISH BUSINESS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND GET YOUR MONEY REIMBURSED FOR YOUR GOODS. I WONT BE PURCHASING FROM TRAPSTAR AGAIN. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND STARTED BUYING FROM TRAPSTAR EARLY 2011 WHEN THEY USE TO SEND ALL ORDERS IN PIZZA BOXES NOW I AM APPALLED.
