I made a delivery on the 28th of October, and it has only been dispatched on the 1st of January , I emailed customer service to let them know I need to change the address on my delivery, customer service confirmed that they have changed the address for me. I just got an email from dpd saying that they are going to deliver to the previous address. I can’t even change the delivery on the dpd app as my address is in a completely different city. Customer service is absolutely appalling and I won’t be ordering from trapstar again, such a shame.
