Ordered 3 separate orders for Xmas presents. One turned up about 3 weeks later, one turned up with a large hole in and the other order of almost £300 has not come. £300 that I did not have to replace the present either I might add! We realised after ordering that some of the items were on preorder but this info was written in the description so we missed it. The preorders were due to be dispatched on the 28th December but nothing. These orders were placed on 26th November. It seems a lot of people that have issues also ordered this day! Seems they were selling items they didn’t have!! I’m disgusted that I’ve had no replies to emails I’ve sent nor have I had any updates from them regarding the order I’m still waiting for a reply regarding the damaged item. Will not use again. Would give 0 stars if I could, just say I’ve used them a lot in the past but seems they can’t keep up with the orders or stock but happy to take your money!
