Absolutely ridiculous! I have been waiting for my order to be dispatched for over a month now! My first email was responded to saying my order will be dispatched latest by the following week..but it wasn't! I then sent countless emails to them but got no response! Very poor customer service! As a first time buyer, the lack of customer service has really put a bad name to the company in my eyes. I have requested a refund which I'm waiting for a response on...If I do not get my refund I will most definitely be requesting a chargeback!
