I’ve waited over 3 weeks for a tracksuit that I expected for Christmas and to top it all off trying to get through to the customer service is a myth. I firstly emailed & was guaranteed a response in the next 48 hours it has now been 5 days since then and I’ve tried to also call and not response. For the money of their tracksuits to match with this type of customer service is appalling.
