Placed an order for my teenage son on the 10th of December. After a week of no dispatched notification, I sent an email to customer service requesting an update. I received a reply with grammatical errors advising me that someone will get back to me within 48hours. This was not an automated message therefore, If you had the time to write and send this message then you had the time to investigate and respond correctly so. I have sent a further email requesting a full refund. I have given them 2 hours to reply. No response - Bank Charge Back will apply!!!!
