Seen alot of bad reviews and typically only after i ordered a t-shirt. Didn't receive any shipping info for a week after placing the order and this was my experience. It states on the website it can take up to seven days for orders to be shipped but seeing the reviews I sent an email to customer service with order number, I also sent a message through Instagram. Didn't get a reply but two days later had an email with shipping info and received the item from DPD two days later. 4 stars, although it looked new and not worn it had no tags and didn't smell new. Bit strange, I might give it a wash before my daughter wears it. The quality tho is very good. Was I just lucky this time 🤔 I'm tempted to Order again and probably will. I'll be sure to leave an honest review good or bad on my next order. Going by the reviews there seems to be an obvious problem. Happy customers dont always leave reviews and unhappy ones almost always leave reviews is also something to keep in mind. looked like trapstar needed a good review from a happy customer. Hopefully I can leave a good review on my next purchase.
