Placed an order over a month ago, only to receive an email stating a cancellation and that I would be refunded over £500 via a bloody "credit note"... are they SERIOUS?!I've also had orders arrive ridiculously late (6 weeks).Orders returned via post has taken months to refund.New answer when I ring. A 'once in a blue moon' response to my emails - the issues are honestly endless.It's a shame because I'd love to see this black business thrive, they started from humble beginnings and I've followed from them times too, but their service is a disgrace, it's an embarrassment to be frank. I've given them plenty of chances over many years, but I'm let down almost every time.
