Well, well, well!! Here comes yet another customer with a bad review and honestly I’m shocked that big big Trapstar has such a terrible customer service system. I ordered two items, only one came. Only one was on the invoice despite paying and having evidence that I ordered two. The missing item is still in stock on the website, yet I’ve received no refund or explanation as to why it didn’t come in the first place. No email responses, no calls back and no phone answered…. Literally ever!Wow I mean there’s shocking and then there’s absolute liberties. We need to call watchdog at this point.I want my item or refund
