It was a great company until I order thr trapstar x scarface and I ordered it in may now it’s August it still hasn’t been shipped so I contacted coustomer service many time emailed them 4 times called 3 times would not answer my calls and would not reply to my emails trapstar fix this issue all I want to know is when my item is going to be shipped
