Don’t believe the hype. Honestly. The worst company for customer service and refunds. Ordered a tracksuit in June and as I write this now in august it’s still yet to arrive. Called up their customer service number… no answer for days. When I finally got through to someone she said my order had been delayed. Couldn’t give me no explanation. No notification or indication of when it would arrive. How can a company treat customers so badly. Love supporting black businesses but this is terrible. Let’s see how long it takes my refund to come.
