Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Trapstar stated i’d receive my item in 9-12 days and instead got it two months later. Even after calling and emailing several times they didn’t get back to me until i made a formal complaint to which they responded with “sorry for the delay”. On another occasion, i paid for a coat and it went out of stock but it still paid for and it was a nightmare to get a hold of them.
