I had to return an item that did not fit and sent it at my own cost by tracked mail. I emailed Trapstar customer service as I had not heard from them and they said they would process the refund within 5 working days. This never happened and I sent 4 more emails asking when the refund would be processed - the never bothered to reply to a single one. Thankfully I paid by paypal so I opened a dispute and paypal refunded my money as trapstar never bothered to reply to them either.
