I brought my son a hoodie for his 18th bday. Noticed straight away that the delivery address was wrong, called/emailed Trapstar to get this changed but was told they cannot change it, call DPD!. DPD were supposed to deliver my parcel to an arranged pick up point, this never happened!. My order was posted twice to the wrong address and returned to Trapstar after I’d emailed them from the beginning and updated them subsequently after with the correct address!. I’ve asked for a refund but like everyone else I’m still waiting?!. I’m very disappointed as my first experience of being a customer with them is very poor. I personally won’t be buying from them again in future which is a shame as my son loves the brand so much.
