I'm 16 and spent my first Wage packet on a Hoodie which I ordered 2 weeks ago. I received a DPD delivery notification to tell me my parcel would arrive on the 10th December, but this has not arrived to date. I have been contacting the Trapstar customer services numbers and email address as stated on their website uk.trapstarlondon.com for days but have only received a text back from them saying "Can I call you Later?".........they never did call back. Reading the reviews i'm not the only one in this situation, how is this company getting away with this? I will be contacting Trading Standards.
