I’ll be completely honest here. The in store experience in Birmingham is really bad. The online experience as a customer in general is also really bad. I think Trapstar find it challenging when dealing in large order quantities. There’s always a difference of inventory online VS what they actually have. The star of the show is Chloe at Trapstar. If you have an issue with an order, she is the only one that will solve it for you quickly. She’s a key example of what customer service should be and maintains it all the time. A true asset to Trapstar I think the customer ordering/inventory management process should really change and should be led by Chloe.
