This is my first and definitely last time ordering from Trapstar. My order TS1623446 has had zero updates for weeks. I reached out via email, and they told me to wait 48 hours for a response. That time has long passed, and I still haven't heard back.
This is a joke. It is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for my jacket to be dispatched, but I am being completely ignored. Avoid this brand if you value your time and money.
