I placed my order on November 30th 2025, and have only received half the clothes. When I ordered, the dispatch date on the website was the 18th of December at the LATEST. It’s now 3 months after ordering and I’m still waiting. I’ve sent 4 emails to customer support, but haven’t gotten a reply. This service is not good enough. My order number is #TS1607392. Please update me asap.

My issue has been resolved by the new operations manager Deshawn. He is very helpful and told me that my item has been delayed by a logistics issue. He also refunded me the cost of shipping.
