Update :
After my review I was contacted by their Head of Operations, Deshawn, who explained that they have an internal logistics issue and they will start shipping out orders as soon as possible. He was also kind enough to give me a refund on my shipping fees.
Customer service is horrid, sent 3 emails out of those 3 I got a reply to 1, and they said the same thing that’s written on their site (delivery takes up to 20 working days). Ordered a tracksuit on the 9th of January which was a pre-order set to dispatch on the 23rd of January. It’s currently the 2nd of March and I don’t have a clue where my order is.
