Currently happy that I’m finally recieving most of my orders that I’ve placed but I am confused at the moment because I recieved an email saying that my puffer coat has been dispatched and that it was being delivered today but when i opened the parcel it was my other order that I was waiting for which I’m glad that I received but I am confused as I assumed it was going to be the puffer jacket that I ordered. My order is TS1619595 but I also have another order that I haven’t received or heard anything about which is order TS1628651. I also have an order which I was told that they are not able to make the pockets for the tracksuit, this was my order TS1627126. I was offered to have the tracksuit pocketless or get a refund. I responded but haven’t had a reply. If possible i wouldn’t mind waiting till they are able to do the tracksuit with the pockets but if not i wouldn’t mind waiting just like the refund.
