This is getting ridiculous now the head of operations was responsive and replied in good time and was helpful however I ordered January 6th and still have not received anything order TS1624797 I was told it was dispatched but nothing has come and no update to the tracking info I want a full refund and my jacket at this point 3 months is a disgusting wait time I’ve had to spend money on another jacket in the meantime stupid Honeslty.
