No notification on website to say the item I ordered was out of stock. Took customer service 4 days to get back to me when I enquired about my order 6 days after I placed it. Then with no notice it showed up at my door!!!! Really poor!!! Product OK, inverter generates too much heat, not efficient; not had a chance to test it properly yet
