I was looking for portable power for my astrophotography work, something that could power lights, mounts, dew heaters, a small computer and all the other peripherals through the night, the jump 600!does not disappoint - also needed a lot of connectivity for 12v and USB, and I got that too! All in all, a great piece of kit at the price!Buying experience was good, delivery tracking and delivery date spot on.
The customer service was very poor. There was a delay with our order and when emailed to ask where it was, apart from taking days to get back to us, we received a generic answer with tracking links, that I already had. Either didn't actually read the email or ignored my question. So we were starting to worry whether it even been sent
The VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1000 Power Station is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It arrived very well packed and protected. Bought it due to the number of power outages we in the UK have had recently. And there is more planned due to the stupid net zero that our government are forcing upon us. Tried it out by turning mains power off as a dummy run and used it for boiling water, lighting, a fridge freezer and even a microwave over an 8 hour period and still had 30% power left. Fantastic. I highly recommend it.
The only thing that makes them a 4 star is the lack of communication otherwise it would be a 5 star from me. They had a week off when I ordered and they didn’t inform me the solar panel was out of stock otherwise good service and price. I haven’t used it yet
