Joseph was friendly, helpful and patient with me, which I really appreciate and he explained everything step by step, which I really appreciate as I have a learning disability. Buying concert tickets, especially kpop ones, is incredibly stressful and I have had times from different venues where you get really horrible people on the phone and that makes you not want to purchase tickets through them anymore, so I'm happy I got to speak to Joseph today!
