It was a pleasure to speak to Shantay today who helped me source accessible tickets for a show in October 2026. I had all but given up hope of speaking to someone, having spent 4 hours on the phone the previous day and a further 3 hours today. Shantay really made me feel valued and went out of her way to find some suitable tickets for me, taking customer service to next level.
Ashir was excellent. ashir really helped me with an issue on my account. Although he couldn't resolve the problem caused by the bot protection, he kept me informed of when things would change. Also, he helped make sure that I could transfer my tickets, which was needed as the concert was today.
It has been a lengthy process securing seats and with a delay in replying to my initial email meant I couldn’t get the seats I initially wanted, however the customer service person I have dealt with throughout has been very good , responding to questions in a polite and friendly manner and helping me a lot to eventually secure some tickets helping me through the process , thanks Farren
