After multiple attempts to speak to you via Facebook, your pop up on your website and email, I finally got through to your customer service team and to Francesca. She was amazing, so helpful, knowledgable and quick to reply, a breath of fresh air. I can’t thank her enough for the work she did and she personally has improved my view of this company tremendously- but I would recommend caution if ever purchasing with them again.
