I am still waiting for my money after I sold tickets with your company. I sold the tickets back in April for an event taking place on 16/09/25. 10 working days later I get an email telling me the payment bounced due to "incorrect card details" - my details are correct on your site.Every week since then I have been told the same pathetic excuse of 'I have raised this with finance and you will get paid Friday' - I have been told this for the last 4 WEEKS!!! And I STILL haven't received my money. I have sent countless emails and spoken to numerous people on the online chat who are useless and refuse to stray from their script to help. One of your agents even closed down my chat when trying to get my own money back!! What a cheek.I got told at the start of this week that by this morning my money would be paid, and it's still not in my bank yet. I have sent numerous emails chasing this, asking for updates all week to ensure I had the money today and I have just been ignored.Absolutely disgusting service. You are refusing to pay what's rightfully mine, and I will be seeking legal advice and taking action.
