The day before our booking, one of our party was hospitilised for a serious condition. Using the chat link for AXS I contacted the customer service team in the hope that we could move the date, while not expecting much given they don't offer refunds or exchanges. However and very gratefully later after speaking to Ashir, we were able to move the date. Good customer service these days is hard to find and Ashir proved that there are companies who are still there that understand that sometimes things happen and a human approach is needed.
