Day before the show I realised Axs had not sent me the email. Just a link to download the app. Firstly I can not download apps on a company phone. Nor would I download the app even if it was my own personal phone. Need to be an option to buy tickets without having to be forced into this. Their Twitter team must be a bot. The just keep repeating themselves. Gone are the days you could speak to someone. (I’m official old) in my day you could pick up a phone and sort the issue out within min. Not a day and a half going round in circles. I was really looking forward to this show but now I’m only going so I do not lose out on the money Update. 24/10/25 I have replied to AXS UK let see if they do contact me or they were just trying to discredit my post?
