I booked accessible tickets for Abba Voyage. Picked seats and paid. No confirmation email. No access to the app. Tried to reset password. Not receiving emails from axs. No access. No telephone number. No help whatsoever. Help Bot doesn't work. Website doesn't work. All in all I cannot access my ticket order. I have no option other than to cancel the order by starting a dispute with Barclaycard. Because There's a stonewall from axs.Absolute rubbish!
