I contacted axs and spoke with lily in regards to making sure my access card details had been added to my account.They had been for one event, but not the second. Lily offered to add everything for me to save having to go through the form filling process again, which was very kind of her. I also made a couple more enquiries about a few venues and lily looked everything up for me. Very polite, efficient and very helpful. Thanks lily!
