I signed into my AXS account, I was sent a two stage authentication code which I used. I accessed my account, so I went to find resale tickets, I selected two tickets but the payment transaction "failed" despite the fact I had approved it in my bank App, so I was told to find another payment method, which I did. I was then told my tickets were no longer available. After that I have blocked with the accusation that I was a Bot. How happy do you think I am?
