Mona saved a lot of time and stress 1hr a before concert! I no longer had access to my old number on the AXS app and I could not log in to access tickets for the concert. The customer service number was already closed and so I emailed instead, not expecting a reply straight away. But luckily Mona sorted it out and we managed to enter the venue with less stress!
