My review is for Saima who has just taken my telephone call to book accessible tickets and, for her, I give 5 stars! She was extremely polite and she persevered with a challenging booking that included 2 Nimbus cards for essential carers and a telephone payment system that would not accept my card at all. I found the hold time to get through to the access line unbearably long (over an hour) and I was unable to book online as we had two access tickets in our booking which the online system doesn't allow. I found the payment processing challenging as it was an American not UK system so wanted me to press the £ sign not # (I think this is why the payments were failing) BUT... once through, Saima was so gracious, so kind and incredibly patient through all the challenges. I was, after 3 calls and having held for almost an hour for each one, getting quite stressed but Saima took that stress away and made sure we got the tickets we wanted.Saima is a credit to AXS and a blessing to the company and those she serves. Thank you Saima.
