I tried multiple times using one of my email addresses over a period of one week, but any and all payment methods would fail. About 4 bank cards, Paypal, Amex. Nothing worked. But when I created an account with another email address, it miraculously let me purchase tickets with the same bank card in an instant. AXS live chat was useless and could not find a resolution. I contacted them twice and all they had to say is "your query was forwarded to finance x days ago" - but finance never got back and they couldn't give me an estimated timeline for when they would. In the meantime I would risk losing the seats and tickets for no mistake of mine. They also had the nerve to tell me that this issue never occurs (?) when a quick google/tiktok search will show that it is infact a very common issue. There must be a huge number of fans trying to find work-arounds to get tickets (instead of complaining and reporting the issue to them because AXS are so hard to get in touch with in the first place) that they are ready to already pay insane amounts of money for but are unable to book. Booking these tickets was a painstaking process that wasted a great deal of my time.
