i am so angry about the situation i am in. i have bought and paid for tickets for Obama on Wednesday. when i booked the tickets i accessed the O2 app so i could download the tickets. today, i wasd unable to access the app. when i tried to reset my password [because the correct password was not accepted so i had no choice] i was STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS MY TICKETS THAT COST £800!!! i am unable to contact anyone at 02 until 9 tomorrow but I am in meetings ALL DAY and have no number to call - this is simply unacceptable to me
