i was one who tried for radiohead tickets and was constantly kicked so wrote a review previously, AXS responded with a typical copy and paste message that read they have "tried to reach out". utter nonsense. get yourselves sorted. prioritise the image of your brand because it's not looking good especially after ariana grande tickets!!upsetting how this website doesn't know how to handle a high demand show and clearly does not prioritise the satisfactory of at least trying to resolve any issues and keeping people happy.
