I ordered tickets to Katy Perry last November, when i ordered the tickets i put the wrong email address in by accident. i have contacted them multiple times and asked them to change my email to the correct one so that i can access my tickets. They confirmed they had changed my email and i received a confirmation email, so i thought it was sorted and have been waiting to receive my tickets. I have not received my tickets, i cannot log in with the correct or incorrect email as the only way to authorise my account is by email. They will not 'rerelease' the tickets to me as they have already been sent out. I will not be buying tickets from AXS ever again. I buy tickets for gigs frequently and i am yet to have an experience as bad as this. I am very disappointed and the team have not been helpful. The concert is tonight and i am still ticketless.
