Never thought I would have preferred to be buying tickets through ticket maser.- Receive unlock code to a private email- Get in queue- verify email address with a code sent to email- verify I am 'not a bot' by checking the box (useless step - do the bots stop at this point?)- enter unlock code sent to email- move through site to event- AXS decide "I am a bot" because (according to support I moved too fast through the site - I am not a typist but I am IT literate so can use sites pretty easily)Double whammy of AXS stopping real customers from buying tickets yet resale tickets appear at 10x list price so they have failed in a big way.But what do they care - they get the money for selling the tickets whoever buys them. They should deduct 1% of payment from every ticket on stubhub & viagogo sold above list price. The tech exists to stop this but the suppliers don't care as they get their money anyway.Never thought I would prefer ticketmaster's experience but in this case, at least they don't stop REAL customers.UPDATE: AXS asked for more details about this which I did but then they couldn't be bothered to respond. Top customer service !
