Buying tickets was no problem, of course, they want your money; BUT setting up the Account & App is poor, set email & password, account won't accept password, Reset password to be told you can't use the old password, What the one you won't accept as Wrong??? Clear everything and start again, & miraculously it accepts the original password now! Please kick your IT guys!
