The client support person Kat was excellent.The Axs system tho is woeful.So many things you have to be on the website and not the app for. And the agent can’t add a bank account. Then the website wasn’t accepting my password. Very draining experience and time spent over multiple weeks to get ticket resale sorted. I would avoid in future if I could. Tho Kat was fantastic .
