I am giving 5 stars based on an interaction with Kat today. If it was the overall experience before she saved the day, it would be 1 star, but thankfully she has been beyond amazing. Firstly, I tried to book tickets to take the family to monster trucks live in January. I clicked on the link for the 10am tickets, and followed the process. Stupidly i didnt review the time as everything looked good, because i ended up booking the late show, which was no use to us with young children. Trying to get hold of someone is almost impossible as you hide customer service details and took over an hour to find the live chat despite trying a number of different options with the bot. Thankfully i got through to Kat. She was beyond amazing. She listened to my issues, reassured me and was able to change the tickets at no cost to me. I am beyond grateful for her support, patience and overall service and couldnt recommend her highly enough. Shame your website doesnt match up to the quality of your people.
